Terms & Conditions
By scheduling or receiving services from Prime Time Oil Change ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Prime Time Oil Change provides mobile oil change services and related maintenance services as described at the time of booking. Services are limited to those specifically agreed upon prior to commencement of work.
2. Customer Responsibility
The Customer agrees to:

Provide accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, engine size, and VIN when requested.

Ensure the vehicle is legally parked in a safe and accessible location.

Provide sufficient workspace for service completion.
-
Disclose any known mechanical issues, modifications, or prior repairs that may affect service.
The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
3. Pre-Existing Conditions
The Company is not responsible for:

Existing leaks, stripped drain plugs, damaged oil pans, damaged threads, seized filters, broken fasteners, worn components, or prior repair defects.

Mechanical failures occurring due to pre-existing conditions.
-
Engine damage resulting from pre-existing mechanical issues.
Any pre-existing issues discovered during service will be documented and communicated to the Customer.
4. Authorization to Perform Service
By booking service, the Customer authorizes Prime Time Oil Change to:

Perform requested services.
-
Operate the vehicle as necessary for service completion.
-
Install replacement oil, filters, gaskets, and related components.
5. Parts and Materials
The Company uses parts and fluids believed to be appropriate for the vehicle based on information provided. The Company is not responsible for manufacturer specification changes, inaccurate vehicle information, or undisclosed modifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company's liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

The Company shall not be liable for loss of use, loss of income, towing expenses, rental vehicle expenses, or diminished vehicle value.
7. Customer Inspection and Acceptance
The Customer shall inspect the vehicle upon completion of service.
Unless reported within 24 hours of service completion, the work shall be deemed accepted.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Except where prohibited by law, all services are provided "AS IS."
The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Manufacturer warranties on parts remain subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
9. Environmental and Safety Conditions
The Company reserves the right to refuse service if:

Conditions are unsafe.

Weather conditions create safety concerns.

The vehicle cannot be safely serviced.
-
The vehicle has excessive modifications preventing normal maintenance procedures.
10. Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company reserves the right to:

Refuse future service for unpaid balances.
-
Charge reasonable collection costs associated with unpaid invoices.
11. Appointment Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Customers not present at the scheduled appointment may be charged a trip fee.
12. Photographs/Video and Documentation
The Company may photograph and record vehicle conditions, parts, service procedures, and completed work for quality control, documentation, training, marketing, or dispute resolution purposes.
Customers may request in writing that photographs or videos not be used for marketing purposes.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, supply shortages, traffic delays, or equipment failure.
14. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Time Oil Change and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising from:

Customer-provided misinformation.

Unsafe service locations.
-
Undisclosed vehicle defects or modifications.
-
Customer actions before, during, or after service.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from services provided shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in the county where the Company maintains its principal place of business.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
17. Agreement
Scheduling, authorizing, or receiving service constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
